There will be several registration deadlines. The same brewery can submit multiple entry forms if they decide to add entries. The entry fee will increase after each deadline date. Send registration form only, see below for shipment timetables.

SHIPPING DEADLINE
Every beer entered will be immediately stored in True Commercial Refrigerators unless otherwise instructed.
All beers will be judged upon delivery within 24 hours (one day) to 96 hours (four days).
Beer shipments do not have to arrive all at once.
Seasonal beers and production schedules allow breweries to send a wide variety of beers at different times.
Shipping deadline ends September 30th.
Shipments will be accepted

We do not have a limit on the number of entries.

On or after August 4th through September 30th. Not all beers entered need to be shipped at the same time because several breweries in the past have mentioned seasonal products and different production timetables make it difficult to enter all the beers they want. All beer and cider entries will be tasted and judged within 96 hours (4 days). Beers and ciders will be immediately stored in commercial True Refrigerators unless otherwise instructed. If there are particular instructions on how to drink or pour, just write us a quick email.
6 Samples - 12 oz Can/Bottles
4 Samples - 16 oz to 22oz Cans/Bottles
2 Samples - 32 oz Crowler/Howler
2 Samples - 64 oz Growler
We refrigerate all samples as soon as they arrive. If there are special instructions or specific temperature requirements, just send us a quick email.
Judging starts on August 4th and ends on September 30th. Judging will take within 96 hours (4 days) of delivery to ensure quality and freshness. If the beer and cider arrives cold, it will say cold in our commercial refrigerators. If the beers and ciders arrives room temperature, they will go into the refrigerator immediately unless we are instructed otherwise.
October 2024. Submitting companies will receive their results before official release. We contact winning breweries, cideries, and retailers to ensure the company name and products are spelled and formatted correctly.
Certainly, input each type of beer under its respective category individually. For instance, place the category and beer name on a single line. Then, include any additional categories on separate lines.
